You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate registration data and keep it up to date.

SensoAI operates on token-based usage and optional packages. Current prices and mode costs are displayed in the product interface.

Payments are processed by integrated payment providers; failed charges may suspend token availability until resolved.

Refund requests are reviewed based on payment status, token consumption, and abuse checks.

Used or partially consumed balances may be ineligible for full refund unless required by law.

You may not use SensoAI to generate unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, fraud risk, or abuse of service resources.

We target high reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Model routing, retries, and fallback providers are best-effort mechanisms and may not resolve every incident.

SensoAI platform technology, branding, and proprietary materials remain property of SensoAI and its licensors.

You retain rights to your original uploaded content, and usage rights to generated outputs are subject to applicable law and these Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
